We specialise in the management of commercial property, principally on behalf of landlords.  Our instructions comprise office, retail, industrial and mixed use sites and buildings.  Increasingly, commercial buildings also contain a component of residential accommodation and in these circumstances we also manage the residential element.  However, we do not offer pure residential block management.
