About Us

Founded in Worcestershire in 1994 as a Chartered Surveying practice by Clem Dobson, our purpose has always been to provide a professional property consultancy geared to the specific needs of the property owner.

People own property for many different reasons: for example, it may be a necessary operational part of a business, it may be part of a property company’s portfolio or it may be part of a wider investment fund.

In some cases, the owner will wish to be closely involved with the property and in others he will want to pass the running of the property over to a consultant.

In most aspects of commercial life, experience is invaluable and property is no exception. Delve into the detail of property ownership and it becomes very complicated, encompassing many specialist fields of expertise.  At Clem Dobson Associates we are a small team and whilst we don’t claim to cover all the skills involved in property ownership, we do have between us a wealth of experience and this is available to all our clients.  So we don’t win the job with a partner’s pitch and then resource it with a trainee.  An experienced surveyor will be actively involved throughout the instruction.
